+how polym@th works here

There are some/other [massively] collaborative👥 domains across the WWW that are geared towards doing mathematics+computation innovation (what has been referred to as 'polym@th') in one (1) or more logs. I'm too lazy🤥 to pinpoint each one for this note, so I'll go ahead and make this portal/webpage (tree-dependence is negotiable) yet another place* for low-technology idea incubation.My aim is to make this the hub for such activity.

I should start by mentioning that just having a messaging💬 system is sufficient, but that can invite trouble when careless.🤢 To that end, please stay on-topic (pure/applied/recreational math-related); portions that are inadmissible face revocation👎🏿. All polym@th sourcings (hints, compiles, proofs, etc.) are tagged📎 under #polym@th (as opposed to #juking or #polymath), so any @replies from me (@Lnq) that are addressed to (specific members from) the community (ie. readers, etc.) will be placed in the post header. Pages are MathML-enabled, but the kicker is that, since I detest LaTeX!😖, such scripting (it might not parse, anyhow) in that syntax (rather, try to avoid Greek/Latin symbols wherever possible unless essential) is muted; points should be illustrated with (annotated) models [I favor 🖌Paint 3D/Builder at the moment, usually in tandem with a spreadsheet - but other 3d modelers should work as long as the file system🗃 is compatible]. Considering that we are iterating, sketches/pictures move the chain along much faster, anyways.😜That's just to say that I don't care for the coding element (MathJax noticeably slows load times); inherent math symbols in word processors are fine as long as they render.
Lastly, pay attention! Since things are organic and move at the speed of thought💭 here, you can expect a very large number of public domain threads. And yes👍🏿, posts may be bounced around between (third-party) forums.

This industry - juking - has a lot of growth to look forward to. With lots to expect, there's a definite need for both technical talent to carry out the vision, as well as the athletic participants themselves.

With LSTv up-and-running (thanks, YouTube!), I'm not to need some stuff for viewers to watch. Namely, you playing in your preferred sport while decked out in UUe gear.

Much like with the recent name change for 'Stewart's Opera' to plainly 'Stewart', the title of our ballet has been simplified from 'Ballet Mathilde' to just 'Mathilda'. Notice that the spelling of 'Mathilda' (pronounced "mah-til-duh") uses an 'a' to replace the 'e' in the former, this is partially because 'Mathilda' is actually named after someone (although there is no 'h' in her name, which is used here to highlight the fact that we are interested in mathematics). The following presentation is directed to potential tippers.

UUe is a special kind of jukebox. The automaton is an organic development from attempting to prove the Cryptoquotient [CQ] ('Cryptocommodity hypothesis'). A deep math problem*, CQ is rooted in random walks. Three (3) first-genus applications of CQ are builds of: a secure🔐 (public) ledger, microkernel, and monolithic sequencer. A second-genus application is modeling cell signaling (+protein folding, via neural nets applied to auction theory). Both genera of application are far-reaching.An over-simplified explanation of the problem is: if you take a really long (but finite) tape and split it into some countable number of smaller strings, how does that effect the computability of the tape itself?
That's where you come in.

Although that's not saying much since there aren't too many web-based gameshows in syndication, it's worth noting that Nielsen's rating system determined UUelcome to be in the top-ten overall (television and radio included), behind only Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, Price Is Right, and Let's Make A Deal (as of Spring 2017). That is extraordinary considering that my work has been streamed entirely on a blog platform, with no 🎥video content or channel to supplement it until now (Summer 2017).

1. Why not just get a research grant from NSF or a private foundation?
- The National Science Foundation is great for a number of things, but typically, any foundation has too many stipulations that a recipient must abide by for any real progress to get made on a commercial level. Unless you have an 'early career grant' (ie., a 5-year sponsorship), rarely is that route a better option than entrepreneurship. Another huge factor is the application-to-award time frame, which can be months long, if the grant is given at all.
2. How is this a gameshow?
- It's (me putting on) a show about a game. To be fair, a soap opera isn't an opera about soap, but by definition, my work involves different facets (in the very broad sense of it being an MMOG) of gameplay to arrive at a specific result. Although it's almost exclusively a soliloquy, you are rewarded with a coupon for providing me access to your processor and electricity.
3. What metric are you using to determine your performance ranking/rating?
- Technically, the rating tracks self-records from so-called paper diaries. Nielsen (from survey conduction) historically only measured television viewership, but has, since the last decade, counted all platforms (web, mobile, tv, radio, etc.). It only helps that I have a website, versus just a single slot on one television station. It also helps that I can 'play'/stream at all hours of the day and night instead of just at a specific time. So, on my end, I track the online activities of competing properties' social network presence, and compare those to my subscriber base over a set time.
4. If you have a buttercup with no butter, what's in the cup?
- {shrugs shoulders}😉
5. What is the difference between a cryptocommodity versus a cryptocurrency?
- A cryptocommodity is a crypto exercise whose resultant is both negotiable and fungible is some type of economy. On the otherhand, a cryptocurrency (as a subset of a digital currency) is transactionable only with its fiat counterpart. Either can be decentralized.

What I would rather brief here is some of the key contrasts between popular cryptocurrencies - like Bitcoin - and what I've created.

First, the competition. Bitcoin is becoming increasingly popular in the financial sector, due in part to it being treated like a rare commodity.

Lnq's Starting Five, Link Starbureiy's Starting Five, or LS5 refers to the mathemusical quintet (5-stack) ensemble - having originated with and prepared by him - that shape his repertoire* (other works aside). They are (in no particular order): The Origamic Symphony (symphony), Stewart (opéra-ballet), Mathilda (ornamentation), RONALD (aria), and UUallet (concerto). These suites are jukebox-ready [kernel dependencies], scored for egglepple, digested on uuhistlegrass, and recited&.Main arrangement program oeuvre for both conducting twist economics+contract fulfillment. Theatrically, it is the telling of Link Egglepple Starbureiy (Lnq) as he embarks on his puzzle-solving. Notes (+): + The 'starting five' is an athletic reference to team sports in which teams (of at least five players) will begin a game or match with their/its decided starters on deck.

It turns out that the world is little more than the permutation of string. What we call mathematics is actually just the graphing of such patterns. Still, however it sounds, people in general are having difficulty making sense of it all. Some believe the barrier is psychological, while others think that it's just a matter of instruction.

Origami (convertible geometry) is considered a best practice for demonstrating both number + angle.

Studies indicate that the teaching of mathematics is most effective at two stages. The first stage is when students are between the ages of 8-11 (roughly grades 3-5). This is when the mind is best able to correlate shapes with their movement in space, and also when quantitative comprehension kicks in.

The second stage happens between the ages of 16-17 (roughly grades 10 and 11). At this age, people are better able to understand the application of equations, make numerical distinctions, and are at the prime of their (mental) coordination.

What happens from ages 12-15 is usually chalked up to two factors:
1. rapid changes in the human body (ironically, kids become more exhausted), and
2. transitioning of curriculum structure (i.e., going from elementary to high school)

The latter is usually attributed to having both more subjects being taught and a focus on more teachers (per those subjects). In the midst of all this, it is typical of a child to become cynical; asking the age-old question: "When am I ever going to use this, anyway?". The answer, of course, is that you use mathematics every day.

Unfortunately, the United States has a poor showing to the rest of the world (over 150+ countries studied) when it comes to graduating students who then move on to utilizing their math skills for earning potential.

American students who participate in math/science olympiads are still in the top tier.

This is a direct factor stemming from a compulsory education. But, of course, something becomes exponentially more interesting when patterns are understood and applications are observed. A deduction can be made that a lack of understanding yields a lack of interest. Numerous attempts have been made over time to make mathematics (and general education, overall) more enticing, with little to show for it. However, we have evidence where high-technology (integration) has mitigated many of the errors found in traditional schooling.

One argument as to why homeschooling is so effective is that there is an abundance of attention placed by one trusted person on the progress and wellness of an individual learner, who in turn and without restriction, is able to advance at their own pace - usually faster than their public school peers. The key here is that it's just one (1) teacher for most/all subjects.

Today's marketplace is replete with products and programs aimed at school children that promise to take subjects and make them fun. Almost all of these dutifully incorporate some component of high-technology. Most are marketed as toys. Yet, hardly any that were researched involve another human being in the tutorials.

From an historical perspective, we saw what programs like Reading Rainbow and Mr. Wizard were able to do successfully for decades in the domains of literacy and science.


Following these lines, our solution is to offer the human element in a high-tech item of play where mathematics is of primary concern.

A kernel patch is an ephemeral - and typically incremental - permutation to some puzzle. Patches help calibrate stew choreography (with inflection point controlling), and are arbitrary iteration mechanisms on the ledger+tuner; hence, patches are (decorative) bundling objects for securing🔐 hashes.
