Using the
UUe jukebox as the exemplary appliance (in this case an
abi), the
article (plus any companion media, such as
models) explicitly entails
* concepts and
an intuition for a scenario with all
nodes compliant with a flexible
tax code (as would be necessary when
juking at-scale).
** Its main achievement is demonstration of the UUelcome battery.

Examination
DUCK approaches
cybernetics on two (
2) fronts. On
one front, it demonstrates how to
use the
game (
juking) for
optimizing ludology. On the other front, it expands - as a byproduct - on a core outline of essentials for
economic fitness (per
proofing).
If I'm being completely real and honest, I have no prior experience (this is my first time) bringing forth any legislation for review on any level. Removing hubris from the equation, people think/thought (myself included) that ties I may have to the federal government should translate well over civic edifices. The maxim, 'all politics is local', doesn't carry weight here because this needs to scale , anyway. The Lobby is the fourth branch of government, so this approach is fair. It's not so obvious, but people don't directly shape policy. Instead, people shape theatre, and theatrics🎭 shape policy. In truth, trying to craft policy is a moving 🎯target because non-physical laws are subject to change, and it's forced me to reassess the 'science' (ie. empirical data → experiment) aspect of so-called 'political science' (though I've always considered the field to be a strictly scholastic exercise with only manufactured real-world bearings, still do). Even with a background in math /economics and drug design, it's obvious that revisions have to be factored into the accounting.
My predisposition is: the best way to regulate all incoming changes would be to not to do it locally (too much work), but delegate globally instead. It seems easier to fork the central part of a cybernetic environment with all parts contributing to 'the body'/costume, so to speak.

PREAMBLE
DUCK's thesis is that
cybernetics is a requisite to having the
jukebox becoming a
public utility (a central aspect of civil engineering), and hence,
cybernetics are imperative for
system autonomy (
scalable subject input). More succinctly, it outlines how to bring
cybernetic compliance (ie.
sport at
scale) to bear upon
solving the
Quantumquotient. To that
end,
one ambition is to have absolute
kernel usage compliancy.
